Installation
Copy skyblue.py into /pathto/yourwiki/data/plugin/theme/. Create directory skyblue in /usr/share/moin/htdocs (or where you hold static content) and move css and img to it.
Optionaly set the theme as default:
theme_default = 'skyblue'
